The funeral service of James D. Endicott whose death occurred Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock was conducted this afternoon at Shannondale with burial at the cemetery in that place. Mr. Endicott was born in Lebanon Oct 30, 1857 and burial was at the cemetery in that place. Mr. Endicott was born in Lebanon of Mr. and Mrs. William Endicott. He was married Jan 14, 1885 to Miss Cornelia Young, the oldest daughter of the late G.T. Young. Mrs. Endicott's death occurred 9 years ago. Mr. Endicott was a charter member of the Shannondale K of P Lodge no. 297. His death was caused by heart trouble with which he had been ill a year. Six children survive. They are: Otus; Harold; Clayton and Miss Edith at home; Mrs. Ashley Cox of near Shannondale and Mrs. Orton Swiggett of Jacksonville, Florida. - typed by kbz
